What is crdownload File? How Can I Open or Delete It?

I don’t know if you’ve ever seen a file with the extension “.crdownload” on your computer that you can’t open and can’t even delete. But if you find that it is always there and not downloading, or even if you don’t need the file anymore, then you can delete it by following the method in this article.

What is crdownload file

In fact, crdownload means that your Chrome browser may be downloading a file.

In my own experience, I often encounter this kind of file with the extension crdownload on my Mac, which, as mentioned earlier, means that Chrome still has files to download.

How to open crdownload files
